by admin

Do you need a permit in Dade County to have a garage sale? And if so were do you get one?
Thank you.

Garage Sales in the County do not require a permit. Citizens are allowed to hold 2 Garage Sales per year; anything over that is not permitted.

Signs are not permitted on the right-of-way to announce or advertise the garage sale. Should a violation occur it is referred to the nearest Team Metro Office.

For more information on code enforcement, please contact the Office of Neighborhood Compliance in your area.
