If I purchase a condo worth $110,000 how much taxes will I pay each year?

The real estate agent involved should be able to answer that question. You should have your own real estate agent who would share any commission the seller pays and he can answer your questions.

The Dade county property appraisors office also can answer your question.

is one way after the tax roll is posted.
