You can write a letter requesting a Certificate of Marriage. Please state groom’s name, the bride’s maiden name and the date of the marriage along with a self-addressed stamped envelope and include a check, money order or certified check for $30.00 fee for a duplicate license payable to:

You can also request a Certificate of Marriage in person by going in person to the Marriage License Bureau or any of the District Court Offices which provide Marriage License services. You must provide them with the information indicated above and the $30.00 fee.
