I got divorced in Miami and I am currently living in Houston, Texas. My ex-wife is currently at a detention center and is going to be deported. What do I need to do in order to get full custody of my daughter being that her mother will no longer live in this country and I do not want my daughter (US citizen) going with her to her country of origin. Thank you.
