9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

Small Claims – Civil actions with monies/ damages that do not exceed $5,000
County Civil – Civil actions with monies/damages greater than $5,000 that do not exceed $15,000, including Landlord/Tenant actions
Circuit Civil – Civil actions with monies/damages over $15,000 and others.
