URGENT MESSAGE FOR HOMEOWNERS in FORECLOSURE PROCESS!
This urgent message is for all homeowners who are in the process of foreclosure, and whose mortgage company is GMAC or Ally Bank. Ally is the name adopted by GMAC on May 15th, 2009. If you make mortgage payments to either GMAC or Ally, and are already in a foreclosure process, chances are the case may be stopped by the court.
On September 24, 2010, Ally Bank also known as GMAC, admitted to having violated legal rules in its rush to file foreclosures as soon as possible. The attorney general for the state of Iowa and the attorney general for the state of North Carolina, have began separate investigations into the matter, the attorney general for the state of California has directed GMAC to stop all foreclosures until matters are legally clarified.
Lawyers in Florida, representing borrowers having GMAC and Ally as loan servicers or lenders who are already in a foreclosure process, will start filing motions as early as this week in their attempt to stop all foreclosures from these lenders.
